Job summary

Qualifications

• Driver's license or motorcycle is an advantage
• At least 6 months experience as SAQ or ROW Officer
• Experience in coordinating with LGUs, permits, HOA, clients, and lot owners
• Physically fit and willing to do field work
• Undergraduates are accepted, provided that they have experience
• Knowledgeable in arranging and acquiring permits and clearances
• Familiar with permit plan review, approval, issuance, inspections, and closeouts
• Ensures that all ROW management policies procedures and practices are updated as required to ensure compliance with local ordinances
• Able to communicate clearly and write simple letters as needed
