Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an experienced Right-of-Way Supervisor to support SRRLC in acquiring lands and rights for ARI projects. You will lead ROW specialists, ensure due diligence, manage risk, and align with governance and timelines.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and government entities to secure endorsements and advance renewable energy initiatives, with a focus on transparent and sustainable project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• 1 year of experience in real estate, energy, or law.
• 2 years of project experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads coordination with technical, engineering, and legal teams to identify and finalize routes.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect ARI’s interests.
• Serve as escalation point for ROW team and provide updates to leadership.
• Establish forums to analyze risks in land documentation and titles.
• Oversee due diligence, screening, and land rights processes by the team.
• Manage documentation gathering for screening and land rights processes.
• Create due diligence and financial close processes for property aspects.
• Oversee internal approvals and document control for property agreements.
• Provide visibility to AVP on immediate concerns and forward plans.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve ROW targets.
• Engage with LGUs and government agencies for project endorsements.
