Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines Inc. is seeking a Land Acquisition Specialist to identify and secure rights-of-way for project sites, negotiate with landowners, and coordinate with LGUs and HOAs.

The role involves site visits, ownership validation, permit processing, and maintaining documentation, while ensuring compliance and timely project delivery. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Construction, and Project Management teams to resolve ownership issues and monitor

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire required right-of-way, easements, and property access for project sites.
• Coordinate with landowners, property developers, HOAs, and LGUs.
• Conduct site visits, property verification, and ownership validation.
• Negotiate access agreements, easements, leases, and compensation with landowners.
• Prepare, process, and maintain right-of-way documentation, contracts, and permits.
• Liaise with government agencies for permits, clearances, and regulatory approvals.
• Resolve land ownership issues, disputes, and access concerns affecting project implementation.
• Maintain accurate records of negotiations, agreements, permits, and project status.
• Work closely with Engineering, Site Acquisition, Legal, Construction, and Project Management teams.
• Monitor project schedules to ensure right-of-way activities are completed on time.
• Provide regular progress reports and identify risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
