Job summary

AboitizPower in Makati seeks a Right-Of-Way Specialist to support SRRLC in acquiring land rights and documents for ARI projects, ensuring thorough due diligence and compliant processes.

You will coordinate with landowners, government agencies and internal teams, manage documentation, assess risks, and help secure endorsements to keep projects on track and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• 1 year relevant experience in real estate, energy, or law
• 2 years project experience

Responsibilities

• Assist land due diligence and document management during ROW acquisition.
• Gather documentation from landowners and government agencies.
• Support due diligence and financial close processes for property.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify risks in land documents.
• Liaise with LGUs, government agencies, and others to secure endorsements.
• Promote ARI projects and attend community meetings.
