Job summary

Anzhitay Construction Supply Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented ROW/Site Acquisition Specialist to manage property access for telecom deployments across multiple sites.

You will negotiate with property owners, ensure permits and easements are in place, prepare ROW reports, and coordinate with LGUs, tenants, and stakeholders while traveling to field sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Legal Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ROW, site acquisition, land acquisition, property management, or telecommunications.
• Preferably experience in telecom infrastructure projects including fiber optic, towers, cell sites, poles, ducts, and other network facilities.
• Experience negotiating with property owners, landlords, tenants, LGUs, barangays, and other stakeholders for ROW and site access.
• Knowledge of lease agreements, easements, permits, property documents, and ROW-related contracts.
• Experience securing and monitoring site access, permits, clearances, and regulatory requirements for telecom deployment.
• Able to manage and resolve ROW issues, landowner concerns, access restrictions, and project delays.
• Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in preparing ROW reports, trackers, documentation, and project status updates.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple sites and projects simultaneously.
• Willing to conduct field/site visits and travel.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage ROW/site acquisition personnel is an advantage.
