Job summary

SOLANA RENEWABLES CORPORATION seeks a qualified professional to manage land acquisition and permitting activities for renewable energy projects. The role involves due diligence, coordinating with landowners, government agencies, and legal teams to secure clearances and titles.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in land acquisition or real estate, experience with LGUs, DAR, DENR/EMB, and knowledge of land documents and environmental permitting. Willingness to travel and fieldwork are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Legal Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Planning, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in land acquisition, real estate, government permitting, ROW, or project development
• Hands-on experience processing permits, clearances, certifications, and approvals with LGUs, DAR, DENR/EMB, Registry of Deeds, Assessor’s Office, Treasurer’s Office, and other government agencies
• Knowledge of land reclassification, land-use conversion, zoning, locational clearance, DAR/CARP requirements, and environmental permitting
• Familiar with TCT/OCT titles, tax declarations, cadastral/survey plans, technical descriptions, deeds, SPAs, EJS, easements, annotations, and other land documents
• Capable of conducting preliminary property due diligence, including ownership verification, chain of title, encumbrances, tax status, occupants/claimants, ROW, and land-use restrictions
• Experience coordinating with landowners, heirs, surveyors, legal teams, LGUs, and government agencies
• Strong negotiation, documentation, records management, and follow-up skills
• Able to manage and monitor land acquisition and permitting trackers, pending requirements, timelines, and approvals
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently follow applications from filing to approval/release
• Willing to travel frequently and conduct fieldwork at project sites
• Experience in renewable energy, solar, BESS, power, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
