Job summary

VDP Distribution OPC seeks a Roving Sales Associate to support our retail stores across Cubao, N Domingo Quezon City and Shaw Blvrd. You will assist customers, promote vape products, and aim to hit sales targets while maintaining product displays.

The role requires flexibility to move between branches, work shifts, and a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience and strong communication are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate.
• 6 months to 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Experience in vape, tobacco, or similar retail products is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned/rotated between Cubao, Quezon City and Shaw Blvrd.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be willing to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Promote and sell the company's vape products and accessories.
• Explain product features, prices, promotions, and availability to customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Perform suggestive selling and recommend appropriate products.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Assist with inventory counting, stock monitoring, receiving, and replenishment.
• Ensure products are properly arranged, displayed, and accounted for.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash responsibly.
• Prepare and submit required sales and inventory reports.
• Serve as a reliever or additional sales staff in assigned branches.
• Assist during promotional activities and other retail operations.
• Follow company policies, and applicable laws regarding the sale of vape products.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor or management.
