Qualifications

Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Driving sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge in all sales channels.


• Greeting and receiving customers in a welcoming manner and helping create a positive environment for customers to shop.


• Responding to customers’ questions and product inquiries by providing in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and overall value in all sales channels.


• Maintaining a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm, reflecting our company’s commitment to customers.


• Managing financial transactions by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, credit and debit cards, and other modes of payment for all sales channels


• Assisting with maintaining inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.


• Keeping the sales area and work space tidy


• Following and achieving the company’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis in all sales channels


• Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge by attending training classes provided by the brand in order to communicate efficiently with customers.


• Preparing necessary reports and submissions in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices


• Proficient in verbal and written English and Filipino


• Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements


• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management


• Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business


• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred


• Relevant sales experience within the mobile or consumer electronics industry is preferred.
