Job summary

2GO Group Inc. is hiring a Transport Planner to create daily transport plans, coordinating with customer service, warehouse teams, and internal departments. You will ensure timely trucking bookings and accurate daily executions in the Transport Management System (TMS).

The role requires 3–4 years in Logistics, a bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Supply Chain, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to optimize deliveries and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Business Management or Supply Chain Management.
• 3–4 years of experience in Logistics or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with WMS and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Capture all pre-alert for the day.
• Prepare initial plan for the day for trucks and Transport Supervisor view.
• Capture all post alert for the day.
• Prepare the final plan for the day including redelivery and manual transactions.
• Upload the final plan in Transport Management System (TMS).
• Check and ensure all pending cargoes are included in planning.
• Advise for approval to Principal through customer service and report underutilized cargo.
• Send the report of buy and sell result.

As a Transport Planner you will beresponsible forcreating the transport plan for thedayincluding initial requirements for thesucceedingdays. This role works closely with customer service and warehousepersonneland internal teams to ensure the plan for the day.

What you'll do:

1. Capture all pre-alert for the day
2. Prepare initial plan for the day, to advance the planning and booking of trucks and for Transport Supervisor view of the day
3. Capture all post alert for the day
4. Prepare the final plan for the day including redelivery and if with manual transactions (i.e. DTS, Walk EZ,PUMA)
5. Upload the final plan in Transport Management System (TMS)
6. 6.Check and ensure that all pending cargoes are included in the planning based on Customer Service remarks and advice
7. Advise FTL for approval to Principal through customer service and report underutilized if any.
8. Send the report of buy and sell result
