Job summary

Qualifications

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of route planning and fleet management.
Familiarity with TMS is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Execute and optimize daily delivery routing to ensure 100% Sales Order inclusion and timely route deployment.
Manage third-party fleet allocation and deployment for cost-effective and on-time deliveries.
Maintain Quality & Food Safety (QFS) and comply with GMP standards; monitor 3PL performance against SLAs.
Monitor delivery execution and reverse logistics; manage exceptions, returns, POD validation, and shrinkage control.
Coordinate with plants, sales, warehouses, and transport partners; drive accurate operational reporting.
