Job summary

A leading food and beverage service company is looking for a full-time associate to handle route planning and delivery scheduling. The ideal candidate should be a high school or college graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in truck scheduling. Responsibilities include creating log tickets, validating delivery documents, and coordinating with the delivery team. This position involves work in shifting schedules and requires strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in route planning and truck scheduling.
• Can work in a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Route planning, delivery scheduling, booking, liaising delivery truck.
• Logsheet/ trip ticket creation and printing.
• Validation of all returned PODs is complete in terms of pages & number of POD releases, transmitting to accounting.
• Close coordination and monitoring with the delivery team and other departments.
• Remit all received COD collections to the cashier.
• Logistics report to update- SLA/ CTD/ COD/ Billing/ maintaining POD copy.
