Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a Supply Support to ensure dispatch plans are executed by coordinating vehicle supply, confirming truck assignments, and maintaining real-time visibility of commitments. You will update trackers, escalate gaps, and support contingency execution while working with operations to manage manpower and asset readiness.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with Excel/Sheets, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of guiding multiple site personnel and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Make daily communications to agencies to confirm manpower dispatch based on plan
• Update live trackers to reflect confirmed headcount and their status
• Escalate no-shows, delays, or under-commitments to the agencies
• Coordinate with Operations on deployment and manpower/truck status
• Log deployments and recovery actions taken during shortfalls and emergencies
• Ensure site and personnel readiness during Go-lives or ramp up
• Ensuring asset/truck readiness and proper communications with maintenance for any repairs and escalations
