Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Treasury, Product, and Tech to plan and execute projects with clear ROI.
• Develop new processes and initiatives addressing customer needs.
• Manage settlements, reconciliations, and risk controls across accounts.
• Carry out KYC activities including onboarding reviews and periodic checks.
• Provide customer success support for transaction-related issues and BSP complaints.
• Support compliance monitoring and enterprise risk management initiatives.
