Job summary

PDAX is seeking a Customer Success Associate to handle day-to-day customer service, provide product information, and resolve concerns across multiple channels. You will work with the Customer Success Team and other internal functions to ensure timely resolutions and strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes excellent communication in English and Filipino, ability to multitask, and willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-changing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably related to communications.
• Knowledge of blockchain or trading is a plus.
• Strong English and Filipino communication skills; ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and service information and resolve customer concerns across multiple channels (emails, social media, others).
• Respond to client inquiries and escalations in a timely manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide updates, solutions, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Team and other departments on escalated issues.
• Safeguard account security features upon client request and assist with KYC-related concerns.
• Analyze data and trends to improve engagement and process efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement by automating data and streamlining workflows.
