Job summary

PDAX is seeking an Operations Associate through its Operations Trainee Program. You will rotate across settlements, reconciliation, KYC, customer success, finance and compliance, gaining holistic exposure to the processes of a fintech company.

After one year with 2–3 rotations, your learning, growth and performance will be evaluated for fast-tracked promotion. Ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are meticulous and eager to learn in a crypto-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and collaborative.
• Big-picture thinking, problem-solving, learning agility and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communicator (oral and written) with influencing skills.
• Strong time management, organization and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and process settlements, including fiat, crypto, and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile cash balances and crypto-digital asset positions across products.
• Onboard and review client documentation, perform enhanced due diligence.
• Provide customer support for transaction concerns and account-related requests.
• Assist in finance tasks like recording transactions and month-end close.
• Support compliance monitoring, risk management, and alert calibration.
