PDAX, a fast‑growing Philippine fintech, is looking for a Marketing Support to join our Pasig office. You will assist the marketing team in implementing campaigns, support budget management and payments processing, and help with vendor coordination and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team in implementing marketing campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team including budget management and monitoring, payments processing, inventory management and documentation.
• Assist with vendor management, quote request, contract and budget management.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other marketing documentations.
• Support the planning and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
