Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with ability to communicate effectively in both languages for daily business operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data management, analysis, and report preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Willing to undergo rotational assignments across different departments.
• Willing to conduct field site visits and work in different operational environments when required.
• Resilient and adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-6 month rotational program across multiple departments.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing data-driven recommendations for business decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation.
• Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
• Take ownership of assigned project deliverables and track progress.
• Attend field site visits and adapt to different operational environments.
