Qualifications

• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-6 month rotational program across multiple departments.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular business performance reports.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and service quality.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
• Support special projects and develop leadership skills while learning end-to-end operations.
• Attend field visits and adapt to varying operational environments.
