Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages for daily business operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data management, analysis, and report preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to undergo rotational assignments across different departments.
• Willing to conduct field site visits and work in different operational environments when required.

Responsibilities

• Rotational exposure across 3–6 months in multiple departments.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular business and performance reports.
• Identify operational challenges and opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of activities and projects.
• Support management in planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
• Develop leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks and visit field sites as required.
