Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related course.
• With at least 1 years experience in related field.
• Background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists in completing the day to day operational tasks, attends and assists in planning, organizing and managing the whole operation flow.
• Implements and monitors the company's Standard Operating Procedure.
• Works with other managers to plan and direct the organization's goals.
• Proposes policies and ensures its implementation.
• Evaluates work output of Operations
• Works in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer services, and personnel departments.
• Handles established accounts to gain familiarity.
• Adheres to guidelines and training program.
• Attends periodic evaluations.
• Uses company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
• Identifies trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
• Reports market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing operational needs
