Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major required.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, capable of daily business communication in both languages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to rotate across departments and conduct field site visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-6 month rotation across multiple departments to gain end-to-end view of operations.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular business and performance reports for management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support data-driven recommendations.
• Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Assist in planning and execution of special projects and leadership development activities.
• Demonstrate leadership potential and take ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
• Support field visits and adapt to various operational environments as required.
