Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of work experience encouraged
• Fluent in English and Chinese for daily business operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
• Willing to rotate across different departments
• Willing to conduct field site visits as required

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 3–6 month rotational program across multiple departments
• Gain practical knowledge of different business functions and workflows
• Develop understanding of end-to-end operations and cross-department collaboration
• Actively participate in departmental activities and projects
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementations
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables
• Support special projects and leadership development efforts
• Be flexible to visit field sites when required
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
