Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking an experienced RNS Manager to lead daily regulatory news service operations. You will drive accuracy, timeliness and exceptional client service across a 24x5 environment, guiding a capable team and coordinating with product, technology and relationship teams.

Responsibilities include risk management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management or related field required.
Significant operations and regulatory services experience preferred.
Proven leadership of operational teams with strong risk awareness.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all RNS operational activities and ensure timely processing and distribution of announcements.
Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and client experience.
Act as escalation point for complex announcements and risk incidents.
Ensure adherence to controls, procedures and audit requirements.
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships and support senior management.
Lead coaching and development of team members and succession planning.
Prepare operational reports and contribute to budgeting and strategic planning.
