Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group in Manila seeks a Manager for Regulatory Reporting to lead the team, ensuring accurate regulatory submissions across EMIR/SFTR and related regimes. You will manage governance, risk, and collaboration with Operations, Compliance, Technology and senior leadership.

You will drive continuous improvement, optimize controls and work closely with regional teams to support global reporting obligations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or related field
• Significant experience in regulatory reporting, post-trade operations or regulatory compliance in financial services
• Proven experience in regulatory reporting investigations including matching, pairing and exception resolution
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Experience collaborating with technology teams on regulatory change initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regulatory reporting across regimes including EMIR and SFTR.
• Ensure timely, accurate submissions and maintain strong control framework.
• Oversee issue resolution, root-cause analysis and remediation actions.
• Coach and develop the Regulatory Reporting team and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with regulators, counterparties, risk, compliance and technology stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for senior management and governance forums.
