Recruitify_HR is seeking a Company Nurse to provide healthcare support for employees, contractors, and visitors in our Batangas site. The RN will handle first aid, health screenings, and referrals while supporting DOLE-compliant occupational health and safety programs.

You will maintain medical records, assist in safety improvements, and coordinate with management on health concerns. A BS Nursing and RN licensure are required, with 1-2 years’ nursing experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BS Nursing).
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 1-2 years of nursing or related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Assist in health maintenance examinations and referrals to physicians when necessary.
• Manage medical emergencies in the workplace.
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Support health-related programs in the absence of a physician.
• Participate in workplace safety and health improvement initiatives; recommend improvements to working conditions affecting employee health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate medical and health records and reports, including DOLE annual reporting when required.
• Maintain health records and reporting systems.
• Ensure accurate documentation of medical cases and workplace incidents.
• Coordinate with management regarding employee health concerns.
