Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initial triage of employees and provide first-aid treatment.
• Conduct follow-through of employees recovering from sickness or injury.
• Administer vaccines during seasonal vaccination.
• Provide individual counseling on health care, nutrition, and family planning.
• Prepare and update Health Care manual.
• Assist in Pre-Employment Medical and assessment of results.
• Monitor and maintain confidential health records.
• Assess and report occupational health hazards.
• Assist with HMO and dental benefits management.
• Conduct health and safety training for employees.
• Orient newly regularized employees on health benefits.
• Prepare and update processes related to health administration.
