Job summary

PRONET SYSTEMS INTEGRATED NETWORK SOLUTION, INC. in the Philippines seeks a technically skilled support professional to process root-cause analysis for RMAs, assess problems accurately, and prepare preventive maintenance reports for items under warranty and out of warranty.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Business Development and Project Manager for proper preventive maintenance costing, submitting status reports, and communicating progress to customers and Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or IT-related field such as Computer Engineering, ECE, IT, or Computer Science.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in technical support.
• Background in project technical support preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Process, categorize root cause analysis for every RMA request.
• Regulate the cause of the problem and shorten the process by providing the right technical support assessment.
• Provide reports on preventive maintenance, items under warranty and out of warranty.
• Coordinate with Business Development and Project Manager regarding proper costing of preventive maintenance.
• Submit reports on status of preventive maintenance and recommendations for accounts due to preventive maintenance.
• Communicate status and schedule to customers and Sales.
• Code repair and replacement requests and forward to other departments as needed.
• Enter and analyze data to identify trends in repair and replacement requests.

• Coordinate to different Business Development, Project Manager regarding to their handle account for proper costing of Preventive Maintenance.
• Submit reports of status of Preventive Maintenance.
• Submit recommendation of accounts due to preventive maintenance.
• Communicate status and schedule to customers and Sales.
• Code repair and replacement requests and forward when other departments must fulfill.
• Enter data, analyze data, and identify trends in repair and replacement requests
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree Technical or IT related course such as (Computer Engineering, ECE, IT, Computer Science)
• Preferably 1 year experience employee specialize Technical support
• With background in project technical support
• High attention to detail and accuracy
