Job summary

Sidmax Technology in Iligan, Philippines seeks an RMA Assistant Specialist to operate LED walls, sounds and lights for rentals, perform repair and basic troubleshooting of IT products, and prepare RMA reports.

You will work with rental schedules, coordinate deliveries, and be available for overtime, weekends or holidays as rentals require.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT and hands-on experience with LED walls and Microsoft Office are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT-related fields.
• Practical experience in operating LED Wall, sounds, and lights rentable.
• Practical experience in installation of LED Wall or knowledge of the basics of the products.
• Knows or trainable how to handle RMA (IT) products.
