Job summary

MedIacast Digital Group Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage repair documentation, parts usage, and time tracking for reporting. The role includes coordinating with clients, reporting issues to supervisors, and validating return requests with warranty checks.

The ideal candidate has IT knowledge, strong communication, and basic troubleshooting skills, with emphasis on accuracy and organizational efficiency. On-site duties may be required in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related course.
• With at least two (2) years administrativeand customer service is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Documenting demo use, repair work, parts used, and time taken for each repair job for reporting and record purposes.
• Communicate persistent or unrepairable issues to supervisors for further action.
• Coordinate with clients regarding reported problems and ensure a schedule of support remotely & on-site.
• Review and validate customer return requests. Verify purchase details, warranty status and return eligibility.
• Perform initial diagnosis and basic troubleshooting of reported equipment issues to identify the root cause.
• Prepare and issue quotations for after-sales services, including repair costs, replacement parts, labor, and service fee.
• Suggest improvements for repair processes or equipment handling to reduce damage and downtime.
