Job summary

Infinity 88 Business Consultancy Corporation in Ortigas, Pasig City, is seeking a Risk Management Supervisor to identify, assess, and monitor risks across pawnshop operations. You will coordinate risk assessments, track incidents, and provide management with timely information on exposures.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years in risk management or related fields, with field visits to branches as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience in risk management, internal controls, audit, or operations.
• Experience in pawnshops, lending, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, control evaluation, and incident analysis.
• Ability to analyze information and recommend proportionate, practical controls.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to conduct branch assessments and field visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments covering branches, support departments, and key business processes.
• Maintain risk registers, control assessments, and incident records.
• Evaluate exposures involving cash handling, fraud, pledged items, security, systems, and business disruption.
• Work with process owners to recommend controls and assign mitigation actions.
• Develop and monitor risk indicators and escalat unusual trends.
• Review incidents and near misses to identify underlying causes and recurring weaknesses.
• Support business continuity planning and coordinate readiness exercises.
• Assess risks associated with proposed process changes, systems, and branch expansion.
• Prepare risk reports and monitor overdue mitigation commitments.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Audit, IT, Finance, and Operations while maintaining clear responsibilities.
