The ideal candidate is a CPA with at least five years in finance or accounting, including supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of taxation, budgeting, and internal controls. On-site work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• At least five years of relevant finance or accounting experience, including two years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Department, ensuring accurate reporting and timely financial analysis.
• Oversee daily accounting across head office and branches, including month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and bank reconciliations for multiple branches.
• Monitor pawn loan balances, interest income, and related transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal controls and compliance.
