Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Mindanao branches and assigned areas.
• Translate company objectives into regional action plans with branch targets.
• Monitor loan activity, transactions, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Coordinate funding needs with Treasury and Cash Management.
• Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of pledged items.
• Conduct branch visits to assess performance, service, security, and compliance.
• Lead area supervisors, branch managers, and staff development.
• Collaborate with Audit, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and support departments.
• Identify opportunities for customer acquisition, market development, and expansion.
• Prepare regional performance reports and propose corrective actions.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our pawnshop operations across Mindanao. The role is responsible for achieving regional business targets, strengthening branch performance, developing teams, and maintaining consistent operational and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned areas and branches in Mindanao.
• Translate company objectives into regional action plans, branch targets, and measurable performance indicators.
• Monitor pawn loan activity, customer transactions, revenue, expenses, and branch profitability.
• Review branch cash requirements and coordinate funding needs with Treasury and Cash Management.
• Ensure proper handling, documentation, storage, and safeguarding of pledged items.
• Conduct branch visits to assess operational performance, service quality, security, and compliance with company procedures.
• Lead and coach area supervisors, branch managers, and branch personnel.
• Coordinate with Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, and other support departments to resolve findings and operational concerns.
• Identify opportunities for customer acquisition, market development, and branch expansion.
• Prepare regional performance reports and recommend corrective actions to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant operations experience, including three years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing multiple pawnshop, lending, financial services, or retail branches is strongly preferred.
• Strong skills in business analysis, people management, cash controls, and operational problem-solving.
• Ability to interpret performance reports and implement practical improvement plans.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Mindanao.
• High standards of integrity, accountability, and customer service.
