Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for an onsite role in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will support delivery across planning, execution, and close-out while coordinating inputs from multiple teams and maintaining action logs and dashboards.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in project coordination/PMO, strong communication skills, and advanced Excel proficiency. The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation quality, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles.
• Experience in infrastructure, telecommunications, or technical project environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customer-facing experience.
• Ability to follow up and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience tracking purchase orders, approvals, variations, payments, and commercial readiness.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data validation and reporting.
• Experience using project management systems, dashboards, and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide project delivery support across planning, execution, and close-out.
• Own assigned project coordination activities and ensure timely updates.
• Drive resolution of blockers and escalate where required.
• Maintain action logs, trackers, and project documentation.
• Coordinate inputs from Design, RF, Property, Planning, QA, Finance, and other teams.
• Prepare professional communications for customers and internal stakeholders.
