Job summary

AMBAS ELECTRIC AND AUTOMATION OPC is seeking a Lifting Supervisor to oversee lifting and rigging activities in industrial, construction, or power plant project environments. You will supervise teams, ensure safe operation, inspect equipment, and coordinate with engineers and project personnel on-site.

The role requires a high school diploma with preferred TESDA/NC certification or lifting training. On-site work in Binugao, Toril, Davao City is expected, with transportation and accommodation

Qualifications

• Experience supervising lifting and rigging activities in industrial, construction, or power plant projects.
• Knowledge of lifting plans, load capacity, signaling, and safe lifting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate lifting and rigging activities
• Ensure safe and proper execution of lifting operations
• Inspect lifting and rigging equipment before use
• Coordinate with riggers, operators, engineers, and project personnel
• Ensure proper load handling, signaling, and positioning
• Monitor compliance with site safety requirements
• Report unsafe conditions and equipment concerns
