Qualifications

• At least high school graduate.
• Experience as a rigger in electrical, industrial, construction, or power plant projects preferred.
• TESDA Rigger NC II certificate required.
• Knowledge of rigging tools, lifting procedures, signaling, and safety practices.
• Physically fit and willing to work at project sites.
• Willing to be assigned in Binugao, Toril, Davao City.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe lifting, moving, and positioning of electrical equipment and materials.
• Inspect slings, shackles, hooks, chains, and other rigging equipment before use.
• Assist in lifting operations and follow proper signaling and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure safe and efficient rigging activities.
• Follow all site safety rules and company procedures.
