Job summary

Rigging Corporation is seeking an experienced Heavy Lift Supervisor to oversee and manage heavy lifting and rigging operations at project sites.

You will supervise lifting activities, ensure they are performed safely and according to approved lifting plans, and lead riggers, crane operators, and lifting personnel while coordinating with engineers, clients, and site teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Heavy Lift Supervisor or Rigging Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of heavy lifting operations, cranes, rigging and lifting accessories.
• Able to read and understand lifting plans and load charts.
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills.
• Safety-conscious and able to work under pressure.
• Relevant heavy lifting/rigging certifications are an advantage.
• Willing to work on project sites with flexible schedules.
