Job summary

You will coordinate crane operators, riggers, signalers and the site team, ensuring adherence to lifting plans and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, securing loads, monitoring hazards, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in lifting/rigging operations.
• Experienced in supervising crane and heavy lifting activities.
• Knowledgeable in rigging equipment, lifting procedures, and safety standards.
• Lifting Supervisor/related certification is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Safety-conscious and able to work under pressure.
