Job summary

RAE Group Companies is seeking a Lifting Supervisor to oversee on-site lifting operations at Edsa Guadalupe. The role requires supervising crane and rigging activities, ensuring adherence to safety plans and procedures, and coordinating with crane operators, riggers, signalmen, and site teams.

Qualifications

• At least 6-15 years of experience in lifting/rigging operations.
• Experience supervising crane and heavy lifting activities.
• Knowledgeable in rigging equipment, lifting procedures, and safety standards.
• Certification as Lifting Supervisor or related is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making abilities.
• Safety-conscious and able to work under pressure.
