Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics, last-mile delivery, or field-equivalent roles.
• Proven experience managing rider or delivery fleets and third-party partners.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead rider operations for a fleet of ~150 riders and plan expansion.
• Forecast rider demand based on orders, peak periods, and growth.
• Develop manpower, scheduling, deployment, and fleet utilization plans.
• Optimize route planning, dispatching, and last-mile performance.
• Review pricing, surge, and rider incentives to maintain profitability.
• Monitor KPIs like Cost per Delivery and On-Time Delivery Rate.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to improve order staging and handoffs.
• Oversee rider recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Manage disruptions and third-party logistics partners as needed.
