Job summary

TeamRidemax Philippines is seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day logistics activities, including drivers, riders, and staff, in Quezon City. You will plan schedules, assign routes and vehicles, and monitor fleet records to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires supervision experience and strong knowledge of delivery operations, route planning, and inventory documentation. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is essential for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, operations management, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, fleet, or delivery operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising drivers, riders, warehouse personnel, or logistics staff is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of delivery operations, route planning, fleet coordination, and logistics processes.
• Good knowledge of inventory and delivery documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the logistics team, including drivers, riders, and logistics staff.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Assign delivery routes, vehicles, and personnel based on operational requirements.
• Monitor fuel consumption, trip tickets, mileage, and other fleet-related records.
• Conduct regular monitoring of delivery personnel's attendance, productivity, performance, and compliance with company policies.
• Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, product damages, shortages, and customer complaints related to logistics operations.
• Implement measures to improve delivery efficiency, route planning, vehicle utilization, and operating costs.
• Conduct regular briefings and coaching sessions with logistics personnel.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and operational reports.
• Monitor key logistics performance indicators and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Assist in manpower planning, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of logistics personnel.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
