Job summary

Ninja Van PH is seeking a Station Officer to ensure efficient warehouse shifts and meet KPI targets. You will support the Station Head with inventory control, rider and route management, COD handling, and updating the Rider master list.

In this hands-on role you will oversee daily hub operations in the SH’s absence, monitor rider performance, train riders on Ninja Van SOPs, and help maintain accurate parcel scanning in the logistics platform.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in supply chain/logistics.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
• Preferred start-up and logistics background.
• Parcel management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Head with inventory, push off, rider and route management, COD collection, and Rider master list updates.
• Manage hub day-to-day operations in the absence of the SH.
• Monitor rider performance and conduct rider training to ensure SOP adherence.
• Ensure proper scanning and updating of parcels in the logistics system.
