Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field and 5+ years in logistics, last‑mile delivery, or online delivery operations.
• Proven experience managing rider or delivery fleets, including large teams or 3PL partners.
• Strong experience in fleet capacity planning, rider demand forecasting, manpower planning, and deployment.
• Experience in route planning, dispatch operations, fleet utilization, and last-mile performance optimization.
• Strong analytical skills using operational data to support planning and decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead rider operations for a fleet of ~150 riders with future expansion.
• Forecast rider requirements based on order volume, warehouse demand, peak periods, and growth.
• Develop manpower, scheduling, deployment, and fleet utilization plans.
• Optimize route planning, batching, dispatching, and last‑mile delivery performance.
• Develop and review delivery-fee, pricing, surge, and rider incentive frameworks while preserving profitability.
• Monitor key metrics: Cost per Delivery, On-Time Delivery Rate, Rider Utilization, Order Fulfillment Time, and Order Accuracy.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, improve fleet productivity, and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to improve order staging, rider handoff, and dispatch processes.
• Oversee rider recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and retention.
• Manage disruptions, surges, and third-party logistics partners as needed.

Work Setup: Flexible / Hybrid

Compensation Range: up to ₱150,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead rider operations for a fleet of approximately 150 riders, including future expansion and scaling.

• Forecast rider requirements based on order volume, warehouse demand, peak periods, and business growth.

• Develop manpower, scheduling, deployment, and fleet utilization plans.

• Optimize route planning, batching, dispatching, and last-mile delivery performance.

• Develop and review delivery-fee, pricing, surge, and rider incentive frameworks while maintaining company profitability.

• Monitor key operational metrics including Cost per Delivery, On-Time Delivery Rate, Rider Utilization, Order Fulfillment Time, and Order Accuracy.

• Use operational data to identify bottlenecks, improve fleet productivity, and reduce delivery costs.

• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to improve order staging, rider handoff, and dispatch processes.

• Oversee rider recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and retention.

• Manage operational disruptions, demand surges, and third-party logistics partners as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, fleet operations, e-commerce, quick-commerce, express logistics, or online delivery operations.

• Proven experience managing rider or delivery fleets, including large ground operations teams and/or third-party logistics partners.

• Strong experience in fleet capacity planning, rider demand forecasting, manpower planning, and deployment.

• Experience in route planning, dispatch operations, fleet utilization, and last-mile performance optimization.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use operational data to support planning and business decisions.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience within online grocery, quick-commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, or other high-volume last-mile delivery environments.

• Experience developing or managing delivery pricing models, distance-based fees, surge pricing, or rider incentive structures.

• Experience scaling or expanding rider or fleet operations.

• Strong understanding of balancing rider incentives, service levels, and company profitability.
