Dimak Solutions Corp. is seeking a Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of Shopee Hub riders. The role focuses on ensuring timely dispatch, monitoring attendance, and maintaining smooth delivery processes.

You will communicate updates to riders, prepare daily reports, support recruitment and training, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. A strong emphasis on time management and leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate the attendance and performance of riders.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of parcels.
• Communicate updates, concerns, and operational requirements to riders.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in resolving rider and delivery-related issues.
• Coordinate with hub personnel and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new riders when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
