Job summary

Exeo Global Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an RF Design Engineer to lead IBS/DAS design, RF optimization, and product readiness for 2G/4G/5G networks.

You will conduct site surveys, analyze network performance data, prepare technical reports and recommendations, and support sales with technical demos and trials. A strong team player with TEMS/IBWave/Planet experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in RF design and optimization for 2G/4G/5G networks.
• 3+ years telecom industry experience in design & optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Communications Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan in-building solutions (IBS/DAS) using IBwave and Planet.
• Optimize telecom networks and analyze performance data.
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical reports and recommendations.
• Assist Sales with technical presentations and product demos.
• Provide end-to-end support including troubleshooting and installation help.
• Collaborate with product specialists on future technical requirements.
