Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Communications Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in telecom design and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of 2G/4G/5G SA/NSA.
• Proficiency with TEMS, IBWave Design Tool and Planet.
• Experience with outdoor planning tools and telecom test equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide IBS/DAS design and planning using IBwave and Planet.
• Perform RF optimization based on technical knowledge.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments.
• Analyze network performance data and prepare reports.
• Support Sales in meetings with technical demos and trials.
• Assist in defining and delivering Network Planning, Optimization and Testing services.
• Install and support TEMS applications and related hardware.
• Provide end-to-end support including on/off-site troubleshooting and mentoring.
