WeConnect Technology Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an RF Optimization Engineer to plan, design, and optimize wireless networks to meet coverage, capacity, and quality targets. The role involves RF planning tools and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support deployments and upgrades.

You will monitor KPIs, analyze drive tests and performance data, troubleshoot RF issues, and prepare reports to ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in RF planning, design and network optimization.
• Hands-on experience with RF design tools (Atoll, Planet, TEMS) desirable.
• Strong knowledge of 4G/LTE, 5G and legacy technologies.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and troubleshoot RF issues.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to conduct on-site fieldwork in Davao.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and optimize wireless networks to meet coverage, capacity, and quality targets.
• Perform RF planning and design using appropriate tools.
• Analyze drive test and network performance data.
• Implement parameter changes or design improvements to enhance network quality.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
