Qualifications

Strong RF planning and design skills for cellular and wireless networks.
Experience in network optimization and data-driven performance improvement.
Ability to monitor, interpret, and manage KPIs for radio networks.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, and optimize wireless networks to meet coverage, capacity, and quality targets.
Analyze drive test and network performance data.
Implement parameter changes or design improvements to enhance network quality.
Monitor KPIs and troubleshoot RF-related issues.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and recommendations for customers and regulatory requirements.
