Job summary

EXEO Global Pte Ltd is seeking a telecom RF Engineer to design and optimize in-building solutions and outdoor networks. You will plan using IBwave and Planet, perform site surveys, and troubleshoot client network issues with a strong data-driven approach.

The role requires 3+ years in telecom, proficiency with TEMS and KPI-oriented improvements, and excellent customer-facing communication. Team collaboration and independent work are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics or communications engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years in telecom design and optimization.
• Proven RF design/optimization experience with OSS/DT/VDT KPI improvements.
• Proficiency in TEMS and IBwave Design Tool is essential.
• Strong communication and customer-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-building solution design and planning using IBwave/Planet.
• Perform RF optimization of telecom networks based on technical knowledge.
• Conduct technical site surveys and assessments.
• Troubleshoot network issues and analyze performance data.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to improve network performance.
• Support Sales with technical presentations, demos and trials.
• Contribute to workshops as a product technical expert for future needs.
• Assist in delivery of Network Planning, Optimization, and Testing services.
• Install TEMS applications and provide end-to-end post-sales support.
