Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, attentive service to every guest, ensuring a memorable shopping experience by addressing and resolving guest inquiries, complaints, or issues with tact and professionalism while anticipating customer needs and offering tailored product recommendations
• Drive team efforts to meet and exceed individual and store-wide sales targets by developing and implementing strategies such as upselling and cross-selling initiatives
• Monitor team performance closely, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching to enhance sales
• Collaborate with the management team to create promotions and sales tactics aligned with revenue goals
• Analyze sales data to track progress toward targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure sales goals are consistently met
• Lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm, integrity, and a commitment to excellence to motivate the team
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where each team member feels valued, empowered, and inspired
• Communicate a clear vision and set ambitious, yet achievable, goals that challenge the team
