Job summary

Westside Resort is seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead our recruitment team. You will guide Talent Acquisition Associates, manage end-to-end hiring, coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding, while ensuring policies and timelines are met.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates, track metrics, and maintain a smooth, compliant recruitment process across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment with tight timelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Proven end-to-end hiring experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Leadership and coaching skills to develop a high-performing team.
• Hospitality industry recruitment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback.
• Offer negotiation and salary discussions with selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate trackers and recruitment reports.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on roles and timelines.
• Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
